Hello, i got this phone today!
Lessons today i paid attention. Very good,
i think im slowly improving.
went for the sc/cca leader talk. ok.
came home, studied awhile and went to meet my mama and got the phone, this time, i really got to take care for at least two years because earlier renewal is 100bucks! ok, and my W910i is worthless, :S
the cam is spoilt, the software is laggy and the keypad is retard, slow respond, and my screen has lots of scratches can corrosion, -.-||

screwed my chemistry all up, i think for section B open ended i all wrong alr, some ok but not confident. plus tht, i thought they always give periodic table as 1 paper, so i tore it out and left it under my script for easy reference,
after wanted to submit, saw behind the periodic table still got 1 whole page of questions, i died,
adding to that straight away after chem was ss.

Today hello, im glad i did sit down, told myself to study.

celebration, i think yesterday's majulah sounded nicer? i dont know, nvm. i think the school is abit screwed up. the fiesta i dont think its fiesta can -.-|
anyways 2R1'S HAUNTED HOUSE IS THE BEST, and no matter how people try to copy, hello, we're still the best, we stayed back, almost evryone helped out., got the things, this and that, and won BEST INNOVATIVE CLASS :D i stilled remember a group of us went to jolene's housse to package the cookies, etc, print out the captions and pasting them onto the packaging. thats was cool.

now back to today, i feel so macho huh -.- i brought timpani to and fro from canteen to ncc room.
after the celebration, wanted to follow melissa hahahha but then, nvm, so me and justindran followed audrey junnie sinyee shumei and wanjing. go tmall eat., i mean cs. QIJI? quite nice i think.

i think the band sounded quite nice, that made me breathe again, this band might survive afterall.

I just want to fufil my duties and responsibilities in studies and band, this is my job, i was selected to do it, so i should perform my duties,

i think marching was fun today, but hello we neeed to submit a marching video so by hook or crook we need the video out.
and we need to be more consistent in carrying out marching punishments and stuff.,
and ex-co(s), i believe we can do better!
actual fact if you zoom in i think the discipline is better in some ways. and im trying to make it strict but fun at the same time, you people try your best and i'll try my best! :D

anyway im back from the Festival of Praise! Excellent,met up with tina stayxi and brandon, it made me question my relationship with god, how distanced i am to him, whywhywhy? because all these while i've been trying to avoid him, but why? if its not for me waking up late and all. why cant i make me go for services? discipline and i have to take control of my life.
he actually saved our lives, so why do i feel so ashamed to mention him? personally thanks to tayxi! :D for asking me to go and then after that talking to me about the flesh and blood, i will and must overcome it! :D

sucky day, i think i owe thursday alot, im falling sick every thursday =/=
so as usual wanted to not go to school, but i did in th end,
poa test, Australia maths competition.
im quite confident of the australia maths competition open ended questionss! hahaha
the 1st quesnt is about simlar triangle, once you find the medium side sides, you use similar triangles ok nvm,
so i came home after that, real sick.,

in fact i slept through chinese and ehistory.
my throat's itchy pain running nose, block nose, phelgms and my feet/ankle.

i sprained it some time back and then just last week my wanted to clean my table,. clear the table and then wanting to flip it opposite to clean opposite side, lost grip and boom it fell on my feet.

today was total funn for me! haahah i thought cell was scary actually because i dont know them well yet.

met up with cellgroup and headed to joanna's house.
then time passed so fast its like alr 6plus. everyone started preparing for dinner, chop apple, grapes for salad. some deep fried french fries, and the chicken, heard from rebekah it was uncooked in the end hahahah!

anyway left at 7 because the choir flight is supposedly earliered then scheduled. so me and petrina thought we were late, i rushed her to white sands, and then decided to cab./ in the end we're super early when parents are not here yet.

after today i finally got assured that im emotionally attached in the band. hearing the band play, emotions started gushing down and it sucks, but thats when i knew i dont hate band anyway.

if you think playing a freaking oboe is easy, think again. furthermore struggling with no tutors, they cant be bothered because its ex to get an oboe tutor, no seniors and the oboes always being left out. and one more freaking thing we have to buy our own reeeds thats cost $30 each. we'll always buy at least 4. watch that.

im not weighing my own burden too. i still have to worry about the bassooon. and for your info he only has one reed and everytime he breaks it i have to make my way to IMM jurong east because swee lee and yahama doesnt sell anymore. his reed. 35 dollars.

the amazing thing about shenyang, you will have no worries, very innocent people, no quarrels and the whole level are friends. what do i mean? the entire sec2 cohort knows each other. so it doesnt really matter which class you're posted to. tht's amazing.
there's no class disputes whatsoever. everyone respects each other. and although the lessons is in chinese and you dont get the joke immediately, its understandable because chinese is our 2nd language.

one thing vividly on my mind is in between the lessons me and audrey taught zhongyang(dongyang) cb,lj all tht -.-|

they're friendly.

i can hear improvement in our band! :D
break today was hideous, uhhhem with uhhem but another uhhemm cant be with uhhem.
after band i called for another meeting to settle ms chen's departure, and other stuff.

after the meeting me shimei chien wai faris, assiddiq, taufiq and felicia went to tmart to pre-order the cake, and bought gift for her.

and then came home, i was being fickled minded as to whether i should go to keith/chowlin's chalet? but in the end like after an hour' i decided to go.

at first yeah still not very familiar with the rest and so but later we started blackjack $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ i won some during the first part and then later we thought of going mac to eat and then go home but in the end after eating around 11plus we decided to go back to the chalet for awhile more.

continued blackjack and this round was disastrous, started off with chowlin being banker and i wonsome but then after weicong and kohweijie took over i lost, like 30-40plus dollars! but in the end i managed to clear some and i left the place together with huiwen audrey and weicong at 2plus?

came home not long ago. bathed alr but cant sleeep.

US teen sailor takes on the world

Im amazed seriously.....

A 16-year-old from Los Angeles is hoping to become the youngest person to sail round the world alone. Zac Sunderland sets off on Saturday and will make the historic year-long journey in a boat bought with his own savings, the BBC's Rajesh Mirchandani reports.

"The boat's called Intrepid," Zac Sunderland tells me, as we step aboard. A more fitting name might be "Unfinished", I think to myself.

A few days before he sets sail on a world record-breaking attempt, Zac is waiting for new sails to arrive.

Several people are working on deck, drilling, fastening, making adjustments.

Down below, the mess resembles, well, a typical teenager's bedroom.

However, Zac is far from typical. He cannot yet drive legally, yet he plans to sail this 36-foot (11m) boat around the world. Alone.

And to return as the youngest person ever to do so, he needs to get back by January 2010. The current record belongs to Australian David Dicks, who finished his voyage in 1996, aged 18 years and 41 days.

"It's going to be an amazing adventure, going to all those places, meeting all those people, you know, just checking out all the different places around the world," Zac says.

"It's the adventure of a lifetime."

Freeze-dried food

So, home for the next year, at least, will be a cramped cabin: here he will sleep on a narrow bunk, strapped in, in case of choppy seas; he will plot routes, study weather charts and communicate with his family, friends and the outside world via a sophisticated array of equipment (with two iPods for some light relief).

Here he will also prepare meals on a stove that pivots back and forth, although he admits his kitchen skills to date begin and end at the microwave (there is one onboard).

Zac's supply of fresh food will last four weeks. After that, it is tins and freeze-dried food, supplemented by a few fish he may catch himself.

He will spend periods of up to four to six weeks alone at sea, in between stops.

Zac's first port of call will be the Marshall Islands, 4,000 miles (6,437km) away.

The 40,000-mile (64,400-km) route will then take him across the Pacific to Papua New Guinea and Australia, and from there across the Indian Ocean to Mauritius and Madagascar.

After rounding the treacherous Cape of Good Hope in South Africa, he will traverse the South Atlantic ocean.

He will then navigate the Panama Canal before taking in the Galapagos Islands and heading north back to California.

He had planned to sail through the Suez Canal, but changed his route after reading about pirates off the coast of Somalia.

Safety precautions

Now this unassuming teenager's greatest fears are being away from his friends, not getting enough sleep and falling behind with the year's worth of school work he is taking with him.

"I have all my books with me. I have one more year to finish at high school and I have to send back my tests [via e-mail] to my mum. She's going to grade them and make sure I am doing well."

So, apart from checking up on homework, how do his parents feel about their son's voyage?

Well, it helps that they cruised the Pacific with their young family for three years, and are in the ship maintenance business themselves.

Zac's mother, Marianne Sunderland, says: "As far as worrying about something tragic, I don't have that worry.

"I think we have taken all the necessary safety precautions, he has all the latest equipment, his own father outfitted his boat. So as far as that goes, we have managed those risks."

His father, Laurence Sunderland, from England, adds: "He's a very competent man on the ocean. If he was going to be involved in some other feat that I was not involved with I would be more worried."

Zac intends to write a book while he is on his trip and record footage for a potential documentary on his return.

He is far-sighted and mature enough to acknowledge this adventure could set him up for a career in sailing.

In all, he expects to cover more than 40,000 miles. But whether he breaks the record or not, it looks set to be the greatest journey of his young life.

i think during day one its like whoa!
i was so excited yet tense. because we dont know how our buddy looks like and all.

met up with the rest at the airport at 6am. checked-in and then we boarded the plane alr. thankgod audrey joyce and hadi changed place and sat behind me because if not i will be bored to death! :) x

and than after 3-4hrs we arrived in guangzhou, and then went through immigration and all and then off to board our transit plane.
and again abt 3-4 or even longer we arrived in Shenyang! alright i slept and skipped my meal on the plane because this time this old rihana wannable/suzzy/jennifer scolded the tk ppl which made them so scared tht they changed back their seats.

around 5plus we arrived? and then woah the weather is so cool!!!!!!!!! in no time we arrived in the school.

alright so i met mine, we went to the dorm, i left my things we sat and talked for awhile and we went down for dinner.

after tht they returned to classes for night study and then we returned to the dorms, we came out to walk later in the night.

i think we slept quite early on the first night. and i was smsing shimei telling her how boring this trip was, how i wish we're going back tmr -.- but i was wrong.......

SHENYANG CHINA, DAY 2

ok me hadi zhi limjunhao jeremy chengheng and jay felt damn irritated by marcus!!! tht zzzzzzzzzzzzz -.- he wakes up so early in the morning and makes so much noises, i think he wakes up at 5? but the rest of us wakes up only when the buddies come in.

we woke up so late that when we were ready for breakfast, the canteen stopped selling alr!
7am, self study period. lessons start at 7.40am sharp, attended the first 3 lessons! if im not wrong its Politics, Maths and History bah?
at first its really dry for me because im not used to learning in chinese.
and then in between periods they will have 10mins break, i really admire them? like even though its 10mins, they can go play bball, walk arnd the school, skip, run.
they cherish time.

and after the lessons we went down to attend a talk by the principal and history teacher, same thing it was dry because we're still not used to the chinese language.

basically the day started off with me waking up at 5.30am, getting dressed and then cabbing down to meet jdran, farris, tenglin, shenghao, hadi, zhengfeng, darren ng. at 201 mac for breakfast and then my brother and darren sim came tgt later.

after which we walked to school and the whole thingy started. had debrief for the 1st day and i had to stand there while the rest compliment/criticize me as camp commandant.

lucky no bad eh -.- im so happy they said i cheered them on when their morale's down -.-.-.-.- ok anyway we had punishment again, miss ong saw, she was driving in and she still laugh! -.-

den we had to run round school again, which we stopped at the field to do jumping jacks, we had to restart a few times, not tgt etc. and when we finally completed them, crystalla and andrew saw me doing jumping jacks while turning rounds, and then the whole lot of us was asked to do it my way -.-

and they couldnt. sorry ://////////

ok anyway the camp commandant for the 2nd day was darryl! i recommended one, since he is going to be the one for altc, train now, sad thing is im not going to be able to go altc! the changi place looks so fun! :( and i wanted to be the facilitator i know im the only zi-high one can lol. i want to take my group and then make all of them participate and at the end of the day seeing my group win and all!
i never failed to do so ok! haahhahaha, this year's orientation, 1R1 won! :D ALTC last year, my group won! :D and the band chalet ah hahaha although my group lost, me and gwen got best facilitator leh hahahha -.-

the feeling of accomplishment is greatt!!!!

back to the camp.
after PT and all, went to the libary for a talk, public speaking, etc,

and then went down for games, the 1st one is GROUP 4,5,6 play obstacle course, i think did it the fastest? all teamates were tied tgt and blindfolded, only 1 teammate need not be blind folded, suppose to direct us.

2nd game is the chair one, stand on chair then have to move from point a to b, hahaha
SIXXYS won! ahahahaha, everytime they move, i quickly squeeze with eugene and angela and then i pass the last chair down, real fast ahaha, some point in time before they even move i alr passing another chair down, so we wonn! :D

and then we were told to run to the place near POD, with our medicine ball(LIFE) WHICH weighs 6kg, our hands still tied tgt in groups.it was impossible to run, so we walk and in the end, the whole lot of us pumping 100? unreasonable? yes.

after lunch walked back toschool and then refill water and all and we're off to changi campsite.

and then we were told to do the capsize drill, so cool! haha first time leh so far out at sea swimming -.- and capsizing! so after our boat was secured and all, we were told to swing left, right and then left, by the time the last left, all of us should have capsized alr.
and so we did! so funn! but the water so salty!!!

and then once we did head count and all of us was still "safe", we fliped the boat together in the water as a team, the boys, pressed our weight down on the boat while the girls lifted the boat up and there it is, and then some was called into the boat to clear the water.
haha i was floating/swimming relaxing in the water while they were clearing! so fun! Petrina so funny.

anyway once the boat was cleared all of us got back in one by one. and then we continued to paddle and all. we sighted a snake.

but not fun, the other group did not capsize!

overall dragon boating is fun! i really wish to do it again can!
kayaking also!!! but then ALTC... im not able to go,

alright so after the whole activity we can bathe, some of us just showered and then change. caus no time,
